Don't wait until the last minute for making a schedule of your week, for going to the gym, to start eating healthy to feel good and look better.
Waiting to the last minute to make your schedule may lead to mistakes, may lead to you rushing to do something, may lead to you forgetting something that was supposed to be done. You may realize, if you're schedule is done and read for the week what you can start working on or studying when you not as busy one night or overwhelmed. Especially with mid terms coming up, plan out your schedule for the next couple weeks so you can conquer what is ahead of you. Make sure to keep up with eating healthy and enough sleep during stressful mid term times.
If you decide to wait until the last minute to go to the gym, something might come up. Whether it be a last minute homework assignment or doing something with your friends, let's be serious it will beat going to the gym. Going to the gym will make you happy, will give you energy. When I go to the gym it makes me was to seize the day and get as much done as I can for that day. Do not wait until a week or two before a vacation to start hammering gym time and expect it to show as much as it could have if you went a month or two in advance.
Eating healthy is a way of life. Do not just wait until a week or two before you vacation to think that eating healthy can lead you to that perfect body it will help but it takes more time than that. Just like working out it takes dedication and commitment to be successful and show your best results.
Be the happiest version of yourself every second you can be. Smile. Plan ahead it will help you out in this crazy life.
