Didn't make time to work out this week, why not? If you are capable of working out, it should be a priority in your life. Some people are not fortunate enough to be able to lift weights, run, ride a bike. We, who are fortunate enough, need to take advantage of our opportunities to work out.
Working out can make your day just that much better, because you can feel that much better about yourself. What's better than feeling great about yourself? It truly is great to feel happy and feel like you've done your best each and every day.
If you have a busy schedule during the week, plan out your days, plan out your time. Health and homework are both important as well as working out. As a college student my health and homework comes first. If I can make time to be on social media, I can make time to work out and help benefit my health. Sometimes that nap makes you feel rejuvenated so take it but not too long of one. Split that hour nap into thirty minutes sleeping and thirty minutes at the gym. Then you can even feel more rejuvenated. I know that has worked for me the past couple weeks.
Balancing out your time can be difficult, even after three years of college and being a Senior it is not easy. Balancing out your time is something you need to make part of your daily schedule. Balancing out my time this year has made me happier because I have been able to make time for my health, my homework, and working out. When all these things fit into my daily schedule, I feel happy and i become a happier person.
I can really relate to this blog post because I often have a hard time balancing my time especially when trying to fit in the gym time. Once I get into a routine and on track where I go to the gym everyday and eat clean it is easy. But it is so easy to fall off the work out train, that is why I try to have a workout buddy so we both can motivate each other to work harder and stay on track!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with what your saying, people constantly use the excuse of not having time for why they havent been to the gym, but in reality it is all about how you prioritize your life. If people really want to make the initative to be healthy they will figure out a way to go to the gym. I know i personally struggled with this this summer when i was in the shock of 8 hour work days, where i had to learn how to wake up really early if i wanted to fit in my workout. You are so right that some people cant take advantage of working out because they arent physically able to, so people who are really should take full advantage of the chance theyre given. This sends such an inspiring message and actually makes me want to head to the gym right now!!
