Sundays...

It's Sunday, today is the day to end your one week with nothing lef tin you and start your new week with everything you have. Sunday is a day for relaxation, a day for yourself, a day to get a head of the week. You will feel more powerful if you are ready for what's a head of you, for what's in the week to come. Sunday is a day for planning your schedule for the week, so you can be real with yourself and with the time you have to accomplish those tasks.

Sunday is a day to rejuvinate your body after a snacking week or a weekend where you might not have made time for the gym. So do extra on Sunday, give all you have and be happy with yourself so you can be in a good mind set for that Monday morning.

Here are a few more additional things you can do on Sundays to make you be your best self. Spend time with your family and friends. Spending time with the people you love will only make you happier and itll be a great end to a long week and a great start to a new week. Go outside enjoy that weather, whether is be hot and you sweat or its fall and you can smell the bonfires burning, whether its cold and you can watch the snow fall. Help someone out who needs help. That will only help you feel better about yourself. Get some extra sleep on Sundays, we all love sleep. It improves our mindset and makes us ready to take on obstacles we might face.

Lastly for me, I go to Church every Sunday, even when I am down here at school and that makes me happy and that completes my Sunday.

  1. i love the idea of utilizing sunday as a day for yourself. i too believe that sunday should be a day where you take a moment to breathe and ready yourself for the week ahead. relaxation on sunday prepares you for the stress that may come and gives you the motivation to keep going.
